My approach is simple: I believe the photos of your wedding should do more than just document who was there. Those images should tell you why they were there. They should share your story, two people totally in love, on the best day of your life. Your relationships, your emotions, and your reactions should all shine through in the images you’ll treasure for the rest of your life.

As one of Fargo-Moorhead’s first Wedding Photojournalists, I have nearly twenty years of experience documenting weddings of all types. These days, I enjoy working with laid-back, off-beat couples who crave honest, joyful images of their wedding day.

*Britta has very limited availability for weddings and only books events on the weekend during the “off-season” (November-May) or on the weekday year-round.

ELOPEMENT - $850

Planning a courthouse wedding or a sneaky elopement? This option is ideal for quick, no-fuss events. Included are 2 hours of coverage and 50+ High-Resolution Digital Images.

Small wedding - $1,600

Not all weddings are big affairs. This option is for small weddings that simply don’t need hours of coverage. Included are 4 hours of coverage and 125+ High-Resolution Digital Images.

Low Key Wedding - $2,400

Are you the laid-back couple and want part of your day documented but don’t really need someone there ALL DAY. This option includes six hours of coverage and +275 High-Resolution Digital Images.

Full Wedding - $3,200

Your wedding story deserves to be captured. This option is for the couple who wants the majority of their day documented. Included are eight hours of coverage and 400+ High-Resolution Digital Images.

  • I’m happy to chat with you about which option will best fit your wedding. As a rule of thumb, the more guests you have the longer you’d likely need documenting. Of course, factors such as what you have planned, how traditional your wedding is, and if your event takes place at multiple locations play a role in which option will best suit your day.

  • Engagement sessions are not included with the pricing options listed above. However, you may add a session for an additional fee.

  • Yes, every option includes a curated edit of your wedding photos as a high-resolution digital download. You can expect at least 25 images per hour of coverage.

    Images are delivered in an online gallery and available for download. You will not receive a USB drive of your image as they are available via electronic download only.

  • You’ll receive your photos no later than eight weeks after your wedding. Depending on the time of the year and the size of your events, your photos may be delivered much sooner. I will notify you of the timeline after your wedding.

  • My primary focus and talent lie in documenting your wedding day. That said, I understand the importance of a few posed portraits and will allocate a small amount of your coverage to these type of images.

  • I’m available for weddings in the summer during the weekday (Mondays-Thursday) or very small weddings on the occasional Friday afternoon.

  • Yes, I’m available for weddings throughout Minnesota or North Dakota.

  • First step: reach out to see if we’re a good fit and if I’m available for your day. Once it’s determined that I’ll be able to photograph your wedding, I’ll send along a quote and contract via email. A non-refundable retainer of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
